Take everything out of your fridge. Scrap them off the bottom shelf but everything needs to be placed on the kitchen counter.
Remove the shelves and clean, clean and clean some more. The sticky gunk can be remove with some boiling water and a plastic scraper.
Place paper towel in the bottom of the drawers. If there is a spill it is much easier to clean up the area. You may also choose to place wax paper or paper towel on the shelves.
After the fridge is clean, it is time to investigate your food choices.
Throw out all items past due.
Throw out all items you have not used in the past 2 months. Do not worry about throwing money down the drain, just get rid of the item to leave room open in the fridge for items you truly desire.
After discarding items, it is time to put the food back into the fridge.
After you have cleaned the inside of the fridge it is time to tackle the outside of the fridge. Remove the old paintings from the kids and put up new inspirations. The outside needs an overhaul when you do the inside of the fridge.
