I Need some input PLEASE

I was making some pineapple an org muffins doubled

my batch BUT

I think I put to much butter (like doubled it two times??) because recipe is to moist like no rise in it I have added more flour and a egg along with some more baking soda and some flaxseed flour(healty

It has risen better But still not great??? anyone got a Idea ??????
