Pinking Shears Help

I have owned two pair of pinking shears. They were both heavy and hard to use. I still have one pair. It was from a set that were good scissors. I wondered if there was any way to sharpen pinking shears. Also is there some way to make them easier to use. Can't get a smooth cut and they hang up when I try to cut.

Well not really sure its been along time....(I had a pair shapened) But you will have to find a person that shapens knifes and scissors .....And try a little WD40 that might help I hope that was some help??
