pick your brain please

ok ya'll i need some ideas...i have a mail lady her name is Roberta, she is the dearest woman i have ever met..i believe god puts many people and things in your path and i believe she is one of those people,,,what i need help with, i want to make her something for christmas that she would get use out of year round while shes at work........all help will be appreciated

Since she is outside in the winter delivering mail, how 'bout making her a scarf? Probably would need to be blue to match her uniform tho. But, she can't use that all year 'round tho :( Hmmmmmmm.......

yeah i thought about the scarf but she may not want to be confined like that it has been hair cold here latley and i have yet to see her in a coat

Hmmm, well my mail carrier uses keys to open boxes in our apartment complex. If your mail carrier has keys, something stunning in a macrame key chain might be nice. small, useful year round and inexpensive to do. Or a clip or necklace she can hang her id badge from (if that is allowed). If she pushes one of those little carts, maybe some kind of cup holder for coffee or water (if that is allowed).
