What is the best paint and method for painting glass Christmas ornaments? Is acrylic paint OK to use? How have yours turned out? Thanks for your help?

You get paints specially made for glass. Acrylic paints do not last on glass unless you give a couple of coats of varnish over it to water proof it. Good luck.

Ohhhh. I saw beautiful painted glass ornaments at a craft show once. A woman told me that they were made by taking a glass ornament. Take the top off and squeeze acrylic paint into the ornament. Swirl around and leave to dry, repeat the process with another color. Do this with as many colors as you like. (Some looked as though they didn't wait for the paint to dry and swirled colors with one another). They were beautiful too.
