Its coming to summer soon. Its going to be 90 degrees on wednsday. i wanted to make those collars that have the little beads that expand when soaked in water. But I don't know the name or where to get the beads. Can anyone please help?

Look in the floral dept. at Wal Mart,I do not know what they call them but it is a floral item that you put in plants to keep from watering so often,

I think what you are looking for is polymer cyrstals. you can get them at Walmart like Momo said or check online a lot of candle suppliers have them to make those smelly Jellies in a jar.
