Any Ideas???

[img]images/smiley_icons/1zhelp.gif[/img] My aunt teaches school in a low income area. I purchased enough crayons and colored pencils for her class. Would like to make them cute to pass out at the Halloween or Christmas party. For the crayons, they are twenty four count boxes, I thought about making a "tombstone" and gluing it on the front and then making a ghost from a sucker/kleenx and sticking just inside the lid to make it look like it was coming out from behind the tombstone. The pencils are the 12 count size box. Any ideas would be appreciated.

How about covering it like a casket? With the lid open & a cut-out of a man or woman or better yet a skeleton, glued to the top, when the lid is shut you can't see what is inside.

Or maybe glue a cut-out of Frankenstein on the box of pencils with black construction paper shoes on the bottom and arms made of paper hanging down on each side--make the head from paper and tape it to the top.

Or how about tape a cut-out of Dracula (one of him laying down with his eyes closed and arms crossed) on the pencil box.

If I think of any more I'll add them to this post! I think what you are doing is one of the finest things that someone could do for their aunt and the children. Helping children to have the things that are basic to most children is so wonderful. I applaud you!
