I would love to have everyone who wants to join me in keeping track of our weight loss. There are some nice sites out there I can use but would rather have others support. I use to go to Tops, but I just can't afford the gas to go there anymore. I know I could join Weight Watchers online, but I would really like to try it this way. How about you?

    Ok first message. I weight 192.5 today. I am 5'6" and I have a medium build. My doctor thinks I should weigh about 150. So I need to lose about 40 pounds. I have been maintaining about 190-195 for a few years. A couple years ago I started getting dizziness. I also have a bad back. When I lost some weight and got down to 188 I felt better, the dizziness got better and my back felt better. I can share some of the things I learned and maybe someone will benefit. God bless.
