I've sewn a few things like pillow cases, cloth books. I really haven't started sewing anything too complex till a few days ago, when I made my daughter a pair of shorts. I'm still trying to learn the basics and on a long journey of improvement.Lol.

Thank you for the compliment :) I usually cut, sew and crochet as I go along. This way I'm always doing something different in the process. They are really fun to make. It is close to being finished. Then I can make the coordinating oval and rectangular rugs. Talk to you soon. Liz

Oh, how pretty your rug is coming out! I love the colors you're using. I can only imagine the time it must take just to get those fabric strips ready for you to use them. What beautiful work you do. -Teresa

I'm working on a rag rug and there is a lot sewing to making it. I cut and sew all the strips that I later crochet. I've added a picture of work in progress. :)

I haven't been here for a while so I thought I'd check in. I haven't had much spare time lately so I have nothing tangible done. I hope everyone is doing well.-Teresa
