Sorry Randi, Was without power most of the day yesterday thanks to tropical depression Faye and her rain. I'm from Davenport Ia but also used to live in a house not far from Mt Pleasant in a little town called Hillsboro. Have lived in a couple other places, California & Montana.

My mom and her family are from Iowa. Mount Pleasant. Naw I think it is only 4 or 5 hours. It used to take us 8 hours to get from Memphis Tn to Enterpirse. and it only took maybe 4 or 5 to get to Decatur. I really can't remember. I was only 10.

Wow, that is detailed. Sounds beautiful though. Big wow for going between Enterprise and Decatur. Decatur is 2 hours North of us, so from Enterprise is about 6 or 7 hours? We live outside of Gadsden. I originally came from Iowa, my husband is from Michigan. We got tired of all the hard winters so we fled South for warmer weather.

It was a 5x7. About 11,200 stitches or so. But it's a gold collection and a big one for the small size. It was very detailed. When we lived in Fl and in Memphin TN we would have to go between Enterpirse and Decatur. Dad's mom lived in Enterpirse and My g'pa lived there part time. His wife had a house in Decatur.

    Hi,
Sorry took me so long to answer. Etpetrino, Yes I am currently crocheting doilies, after that I want to start on a star afghan pattern that I got from Annie's Attic. I'm sorry to hear you cannot crochet as much as you would like. I would go insane if I could not crochet, it is so calming to me. I call it my lifeline hobby. That is neat Randi that your dad is from Enterprise. We are about 5 hours or so North of there. The Holy Nativity sounds great. Wow that is a lot of stitches. How big of a piece is it?

Rocklady! Are you working on any crochet projects at the moment? I know that I'm still trucking along on my crochet bag and afghan. I haven't been able to work as much as I wish I could? What about you?
