Hi all, I just found this place and I'm in awe of all you very talented ladies. I make candy arrangements and am interested in learning how to make candy wrappers and different ways to package my candy. So I hope you don't mind if I ask you all alot of questions.

hello to all, I found this place to be very interactive and appealing for introducing scrapping as form of craft as this place is filled with similar ideas of arts and crafts. Each of its forums is distinct in itself to cater the broader spectrum of scrap booking at this place. I wish to continue a lot with revelation to my fellow contributors about scrapping ideas, experience and rest that I have to offer. I feel you must be finding it to be very interesting and I would remain discussing with things in successive posts of mine.

Hi everyone... I am new to the site and excited to find so many crafters that like to craft so many wonderful things. ICongratulations lanak on your matchbox! Great job. I have just started working on boxes , Tea Envelopes and paper flowers for my box tops...
isaappb what a great idea for wedding favors. I just finished a couple of construction envelopes I made by sewing them with a blanket stitch and will use them for Christmas .. Not sure what I will place in them yet but, they are kindda cute and will hold some neat stocking stuffers... I look forward to viewing your projects

I made these boxes as favors for my wedding. The tuxedos obviously for the gentelmen and the silver ones with the heart for the ladies. The tops of the ladies boxes were made with gift bags from the dollar store. I think I got 6 or 8 from each bag. I used the same paper for the bottoms that I used for invitations. I think they turned out nice. They were cheap, fun, and easy to make and they held the small gifts we had for all of our guests just beautifuly. The tuxes are black consturction paper and the shirt is once again invitation paper.

This picture is of Split Rock lighthouse a few miles from the house I lived in in Two Harbors, Minnesota. That is Lake Superior in the background.
