I don't know if this is the place where I post this question. I have seen places where it say you can exchange banners were do I go to get a banner?

There is one place I know you can make them with stock graphics the place has, I'll post some links here. But usually people have whoever did the graphics for their website make them! There is also a program called banner maker pro....I have it but can't remember if it's a free program or not! Also lot's of graphics people will custom make a banner for you.
