How to make paper look like hand tooled leather

Don't know how many of you happened to catch it today but the Carol Duvall show shown in my area had a gentleman on who demonstrated how to make card stock look like hand tooled leather. Very, very nice and easy too. GREAT for just about everything!

Carol asked about the color thing and he said sure, use any color, leather is every color these days. What a wonderful addition to a scrapbook page. He had a picture frame on the show that was awesome!
