There was an error processing a page. A font cantains a bad Cmap/Encoding

Send me an email at heidi@polarisweb.com and I will send you the file in a different format. The file opens fine for me here. I wonder if there might be a problem with your acrobat reader program. Can anyone else who reads this message post a reply here and let me know if they have any problems opening it?
