Cigar box purses

I am looking for someone who can do cigar box purses, with photos of family even magazine pictures. I am not sure what kind of glue, protectant or what...........I see them on ebay and they are like $40. I am sure they are worth it but no one wants to share how they make these fabulous purses. I am willing to pay someone for their knowledge. I am not looking to go into a huge business, I would just like to make for my immediate family.
