Front Deck?

I am getting a new house with a front deck,Instead of on the back of a house this is on the front. How can you decorate the front for a homey atmosphere? I love flowers..But it seems weird to me that you are sitting and maybe dining out in front.Does anyone have any ideas? Also it needs refinished. The house is tan with dark green shutters.The deck is a natural wood color. Anyhelp will be great..Thank you

Oh Boy!! What I'd love to do with something like that....oh well someday *sigh*

Anyway.....I f you don't want people driving or walking by and watching you eat....why not get some lattace and make a dining area....plant some nice vining plant there to make it more private.

great idea cuppy and if you didn't want a permanent blocked lattice thingy ~ why not make a folding screen using lattice then you could easily close it up and hve the porch open ~ flowers are wonderful ~ and a quick way to add colour
