magnifier lanyards

I am wanting to make lanyards with a magnifier lens
attached. I can not find the magnifier lens anywhere!
I have put magnifier lenses or magnifier disc's into the
search engines and can't find them anywhere.
I purchased one of these made by some one years
ago and want another one, but thought I could make
them if I could find the lenses.
Any one know where I can find these things?
