Default Problem with siggy

Hi everyone,
I have tried to add a banner to my siggy. I am within the dimensions that it allows. Its 200 X60. I have tried to add it by uploading from my computer and it show it has been uploaded but when I post here it doesnt show up. I've also tried uploading from photobucket. Again it shows in the User CP but not when I post in the forum. What am I doing wrong? My next question will be after I get it working....how do I make it clickable?

make sure they're within the size limits. You will see that where you put your avatar or siggy on.
