C someone xplain

can someone explain what these points thingys are? and the levels? and the percentages? next to each post, i know it is about the person that posted itbut how do you get poitns and why is it important

It might be a way to rank your posts & such,,,the more your active ,,the higher your numbers go ,,,to place you in the next level?,,,Maybe,,,lol

Here's the low down on the points. Hope this helps.

You get or loose points for the following...

Get points for number of posts per day
Loose points for infractions
Get points if someone gives you a good reputation
Get points for using the reputation system
Get points for number of days you've visited the site
Points for being in a social group
Points for having friends
Points when visitors comment in your profile
Points for adding photos to your albums
Points for referring someone to the site
Points for adding tags to a thread
Points for votes
Points when someone replies to your thread
Points when someone views your thread
Points for adding attachments
Points for thanking and being thanked (the little thanks button you see now on posts)

Basically if you participate, add content members enjoy and give others credit who contribute to the group you will get points.

ok got a ? for you i get how to get point and all but would like to know about the member ,senior member i see others that are senior mem and they have less points then me and i am at member so just wondering how you move up the chain lol not that it really matters just wondering thanks for your help
