Issue With New Member_Who do I address this to.......?

Patricia who ever she is posted this in a PM to me. What you do with this person is up to you, however I've had someone do this to me at another board: sounds like the same message. I'm not into this kind of thing, nor is it desireable in the least:

Yes, I figured they PM-Spammed more then just me & that it is good to get this out in the open. This way, others will report the various ones that they come across & also that they will know that what they are doing is wrong & not done according to the board rules. They probably know they just do not care (as when they sign up, they agree to abide by these rules) & they think no-one will report them. They definately do not go about it the right way, & I believe that any smart person would reject there approach.

I got this message too. Thought it was pretty wierd. A little suspicious if multiple people are getting it.
