So many people were confused by Americana, Folkart and Primitive, I decided to put it in simple terms.

Americana

Early America..aged and patriotic in design (red, white, blue and maybe stars

Primitive

Crafts that look old, aged from back in time.
Folkart

More cultural or ethnic. Could be old or new. Such as painted wood, masks, dolls, wall hangings and more.
