anyone know about these? technique is to layout a design of your choosing of flowers or greens - even grass works - on medium weight watercolor paper, backside down, cover with a couple paper towels and hit the crap out of them with a hammer til you have flattened them. i had understood you could also do this with tote bags, tee shirts,ets - but i never gotthe part about my question is about what you do to seal or set the design on the fabric with? i was fooling around, like i always do and put an old napkin down on top instead of the papertowels and got some interesting results that i want to learn to set, once i figure out what i am doing...
here is the paper result using common backyard stuff, including rose leaves and dandelions:
