| I get my best ideas in the middle of the night. I had to try this one before I shared it. I do all kinds of apple and primitive berry wreaths. I can only haul 2 to a container.. I needed a better way to haul more and not damage them. Here's my tip. Buy one of those rods for your car that you hang clothes for traveling. My husband measured it in the van. You can extend it to the size you want and it locks in place and you hook the ends on to the hooks above the door in your car/van. OK...after he extended it and locked it in place, he brought it in and I took a roll of those no slip shelf liners and put it over the rod. I just hot glued the ends, so the wreaths don't slide. Now when you put it in the car there is only about four inches above the rod so my husband used those little bungies with balls on and attached it to the hooks in the car so it is down a little lower from the car roof. We figured you could put 10 wreaths on that rod with no problem. It depends on the size of your car/van too. One other thing if you make crafts that have hangers you could also put them on there. |
