Flowers from Florist Ribbon

I saw a framed flower arrangement made from florist ribbon.

Actually it was made from the ribbon from my brother-in-laws funeral flowers ribbon as a memento. The flowers were somehow rolled from the ribbon. The basket was made from a piece of cloth. It had butterflies and clouds. And a verse to tell what each little thing was for. Can anyone help me make this.
