| Deb, are these berry sprays for your personal use or for something that you want to sell?
If they are for your personal use, then the cost of a few sprays won't amount to much. But if you are making something with them to sell, then cost is very important. Your remark about making them yourself sparked an idea--why not do that?
The berries can be made from clay--which can be found on sale at most any craft store--and one pkg. will make LOTS of berries--after they are formed and baked (be sure to insert half a wooden toothpick in it so that you can insert wire later)--when cooled coat them with the Gloss Glaze so that they shine--buy some cheap silk foliage and remove all the leafs--go to the hardware store and purchase a durable wire(in quantity so that it will be cheaper)--purchase florist tape by the quantity also to save money--then make your own berry sprays.
To be on the safe side--shop around and get the cheapest price for all the purchases before you begin--then try and estimate how many you will be able to make with the supplies and divide that into the total cost--naturaaly this will be a "ballpark" figure--but it will let you know if it is a "do-able" project!
Either way--Best of Luck! |
