Default Help! Pillowcase doll pattern needed

I've just spent the past 3 days embroidering pillowcases to make 2 dolls for my mom and grandmother for x-mas. I thought I had a pattern on how to make them however, I just looked at it an it makes no sence and seems to be a very sloppy pattern at best. If anyone knows of a pattern I'd be forever in debt. Have money problems (laid-off)so that's why I'm so late in getting my gifts done.

I googled it, there's one on e-How.com I didn't read it all the way. I wanted to let you know what I found. Hope it helps.
