| 1 cup chopped pecans
8 oz cream cheese --room temp
1 cup shredded coconut
1 stick butter or marg.--room temp
1 box powdered sugar
1 box german chocolate cake mix.
coat 9x13 pan with nonstick spray (pam) layer pecans then coconut, in the pan, mix cake according to box instructions
less 1 oz of water. and pour over pecans and coconut.
Mix butter, sugar,cream cheese, and vanilla together and pour over cake batter and swirl bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes about mine 55 minutes enjoy |
