| Black Currant Mango Iced Tea by The Canadian Living Test Kitchen
6 black currant tea bags
1/4 cup (50 mL) packed fresh mint leaves
4 thin slices lime
4-3/4 (1.175 L) cups boiling water
1/4 cup (50 mL) SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1-1/4 cups (300 mL) 100% mango juice
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Place tea bags, mint and lime in large measuring cup or teapot; cover with boiling water and steep for 10 minutes.
Strain into large pitcher. Stir in SPLENDAŽ Granulated until dissolved.
Stir in mango juice; serve over ice. |
