| ~ Place 12-15 pieces bread (depends on your pan) in your dish
~ Beat together the follwing
* 6-8 eggs
* 2 cups milk
* 1/3 cup softened butter
* 1/3 cup brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon nutmeg
* 2-3 teaspoons cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 3/4 cup chopped walnuts (or whatever you like)
~ Pour mixture over the bread, cover and let sit over night in teh fridge or at least 6 hours.
~ Bake at 375 for 45 minutes (may need to cover with foil to keep it from burning
~ Serve warm with Maple Syrup, YUMMY!! |
