 Rhubarb Cake |

Pre-heat oven to 350
Spray cake pan with non-stick spray and layer the following ingredients in this order
1) 3-4 cups of chopped rhubarb
2) 1 cup brown sugar
3) 1 cup marshmellows
4) 1/4 cup butter, cut up in tiny pats over the marshmellows
Make a white cake according to package directions and pour over top
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until toothpic comes out clean. |
