Peter Paul Mound Cake

I got this in my email this morning. Thought I'd share with you.



Peter Paul Mound Cake



Bake a 2 layer Chocolate Cake and allow to cool completely.



Coconut Filling

1 cup of sugar

1cup of milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 pkg coconut

15large marshmallows



Boil sugar and milk for 5 minutes. turn off heat , add marshmallows. stir till melted. add coconut and vanilla.



split cooled cake layers in half . fill between the layers and top

of cake with the coconut filling.



Frost the sides of the cake with a can of chocolate frosting.
