<font size="2">Okay before I start anything that says sugar can be replace with on Sugar Substitute for us is is Sweet N Low but look on your package for the difference between Grnulated or Substitute for example:

1/4 Cup granulated sugar = 6 Packets of Sweet N Low

1/3 Cup granulated sugar = 8 Packets

1/2 Cup granualted sugar = 12 Packets

1 Cup granualted sugar = 24 Packets





<div align="center">NUTTY ORANGE OATMEAL COOKIES



1/3 cup unsalted margine, softened

1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt

1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

2 Tablespoons finely chopped walnuts

1/4 teaspoon grated otange peel



PREHEAT oven to 325 degrees

Blend margine, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in remaining ingredients. shape dough by rounded teaspoons into 1-inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet; flatten slightly with fork.

Bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes. rmove from baking sheet immediately.



Variation

Place 1 inch balls 1 inch apart on baking sheet (DO NOT FLATTEN) Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes



Yield: 54 cookies
