Chocolate Trifle

CHOCOLATE TRIFLE

1- Devil's Food Cake mix

1-16 oz tub Cool whip

1- 8 oz cream cheese

1 -cup confectioners sugar

1/2 -cup chocolate syrup

1- bag Heath Toffee Bits (reserve about 1/2 cup)



Bake cake according to package directions

Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, &amp; sugar until smooth.

Tear cake into bite size pieces; layer in a trifle dish.

Put about half the cake pieces into the bowl &amp; pour chocolate syrup over the cake, then about half the Cool Whip mixture.

Sprinkle with candy bits saving half a cup for topping.

Repeat layers &amp; top with reserved candy bits.
