Well ladies here is the dreamiest cake around. One of heaven's perfections, with a little bit of a devil attitude.
For all you Irish and Celtic fans...
1 Cup Chocolate Cookie Crumbs (Evil)
1/4 Cup of melted butter (uh oh fattening)
2 pkgs. of cream cheese (God's wonderful gift.)
3/4 Cup of sugar (We can't be too sweet can we.)
1/4 Cup of flour (Something light as feather's)
4 Eggs (Something to hold it all together.)
3/4 Cup Bailey's Irish Cream (The Devils grin)
1 Tbsp. of Vanilla (Heavens Cloud)
1/2 Whipping Cream (What Dream's are made of)
1 Tbsp. Bailey's Irish Cream (And one for you)
Mix your cookie crumbs and melted butter press into 9 inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in sugar and flour. Add eggs, (now make sure ladies one at a time...)beating well after each. Stir in Baileys and Vanilla (psst don't forget that spoonfull for you...) Pour into pan (now not you the batter..) bake at 350 (Wow that could get a little toasty..) for 10 mins (well there's 1/2 a tan.) Reduce (and not the waistline.) to 250 degrees and bake for 50mins. or until set...(darn that's a full tan...WOW) And let that cool.
Beat together whipping cream and 1 tbsp of bailey's (plus one more for you..) Top each slice with the cream filling and then ENJOY....Heaven melting in your mouth. |
