| This recipe is low fat and low sugar.
1 pkg (3 ounce) sugar-free strawberry Jello
1 pkg (3 ounce) sugar-free raspberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1 carton (8 ounce) reduced-fat or fat-free strawberry yogurt
1 carton (8 ounce) reduced-fat or fat-free raspberry yogurt
2 cups sliced fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 carton (12 ounce) fat-free Cool Whip, thawed
Additional fresh strawberries, optional
In large bowl, dissolve strawberry and raspberry jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water and strawberry and raspberry yogurt until blended. Chill until syrupy, about 1 hour.
Fold in strawberries and whipped topping. Spoon into individual dishes. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Makes about 16 servings. [img]images/smiley_icons/chef.gif[/img]
