Orange Pineapple Dessert |

| This recipe is low fat and low sugar!
2 pkgs (.3 ounce) each sugar-free orange jello
2 cups boiling water
16 ice cubes (about 3 cups)
1 can (20 ounce) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (11 ounce) mandarin oranges, drained and cut into pieces
1 cup (8 ounce) nonfat sour cream
1 carton (12 ounce) fat free Cool-whip, thawed
1 prepared angel food cake, cut into 1 inch cubes
In a bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in pineapple and oranges. Sir in sour cream until blended. Fold in Cool Whip and cake cubes until well coated. Spoon into ungreased 13x9 x2 pan; cover and refridgerate until ready to serve. |
