Blueberry Cheese Bars

These are yummy!




1 pkg refridgerator sugar cookie dough, room temp

1 pkg (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

1 egg

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 teas. grated lemon rind

1-1/2 cups blueberry pie filling



Press cookie dough onto bottom of greased 13x9 pan. Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and lemon rind. Spread mixture over dough. Drop heaping tablespoons of pie filling onto cheese mixture . Swirl pie filling into cheese mixture with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool then keep refridgerated.
