If you love blueberries, try this.
Blueberry Angel Dessert
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 carton (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared angel food cake (14 ounces), tear into 1" cubes
2 cans (21 ounces each) blueberry pie filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar; fold in whipped topping, then cake cubes. Spread evenly into an ungreased 13x9x2 pan, top with pie filling. Cover and refridgerate for at least 2 hours before cutting. Makes about 12-15 servings. [img]images/smiley_icons/chef.gif[/img] |
