Creamy coconut pie |

| 1 tab, sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1 pkg 3 oz cream cheese
1 1/3 cup coconut
1 8oz. cool whip
1/2 teas. almond extract
9 inch graham cracker crust pie crust
Beat sugar and milk into cream cheese till smooth. Fold in cool whip and extract. sppon into crust. Freeze till firm( about 4 hours) Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish with twisted coconut. Store in freezer. |
