It is cloudy and dreary today. I guess I'll stay in to do some things.

scrub floors
clean the air purifier
work on the craft area
dinner - leftovers
read
go to bed early

Good Morning!

It's snowing here this morning. Not sure how cold it is outside as I haven't ventured out there, but the flakes are so pretty drifting down

Still under the weather, but a little less so every day it seems. Still coughing lots and a bit dizzy when I stand, but my glands aren't as sore today and my throat is slightly better, too

Still supposed to be going to Edmonton this weekend, but if I don't feel that strong yet by then, will stay home and let DS or DD go in my place.

Not too much happening around here-seems when Mom get sick, everything comes to a halt. LOL Hopefully I'll feel back to myself by next week and can play catch up around the house. DH tries, but with work, etc I can't expect him to carry my load too.

Today I "planned" to go to lace class, work 13.00-16.00, run some errands and go to a co-workers farewell party.
What is it: When you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans?
Co-worker called her man was admitted to hospital so could I come to work please. So worked 9-5, co-workers farewell party, dinner, (cauli flower, harboiled eggs and taters with currysauce) and now tv and crafting fot the evening.
Hope Sabrina's hubby is a bit better tomorrow.

Hey, good afternoon everyone!

Man it was cold here this morning! We had 19° and everything was frosted over..... all sparkly.

Kinda overcast this afternoon with a slight breeze.

Didn't get on here yesterday. Rich and I drove an hour and 15 minutes west to get some firewood. We took our 24' stock trailer and filled it with 3 cord of wood. Most of it is nice wood, already cut and split. Some is kind of punky. I am so sore today though from throwing it into the trailer. Tim gets to unload and stack it. He says he's getting a friend to help him.

Tim's school conference is this afternoon... right now actually. Rich is attending. He does better with those. I can never think of any questions or what to say until I'm home.

Not a whole lot going on today.

I've only had 1 order for my Avon. Sure hope it picks up! I guess 1 is better than none!

Off work at 4:30

My Avon Rep. Leader that signed me up is coming over at 5:30 to help me place my order online. I forgot to tell hubby. Oops. Guess he'll find out when he gets home from practice.

Supper.......... ugh....who knows.

Relax and embroider........ I'm falling behind. I have 3 more pillow cases to finish and 2 pillow case dolls to make. Plus, I wanted to maybe crochet around the edge of all of them if I can figure out how to do it.

Hey Norene, We had 32* at 7 when Tyler got here. It was colder than that when Gary left for work at 5. BBBRRR. I think fall is over and winter is about to hit us. Golly , you got much colder than we did. BBRRR.

Well so far today I have gotten the dishes done and ready to be put away out of the DW
a load of towels done
and the toys picked up.
Tyler is napping right now.
Oh and my friend Ruby came for an hr and half to visit us. That was nice. we had Green Tea and some cookies. Tyler had his lunch and some cookies. It was nice to slow down for a bit and visit.
Tonight is worship practice and then home for leftover stew for dinner.
I hope to get some reading done tonight too.
