heart, letters & numbers needed

I had a beautiful pattern that I lost.



It was a red heart outline (maybe 5 or 6 stitches wide) and you could fill it in with whatever you wanted.



I was going to use the pattern for my wedding date.



I think it had an open rectangle underneath too for the date to go in.



If someone has this pattern, or knows where I can find it or something similar please let me know.
