Operation C.A.R.E.S. for Kids Stands for : Crocheted Afghans Reaching Extra Special Kids

*Our Purpose : To provide the children of Anne Arundel County and Baltimore County Foster Care programs with a handmade crocheted afghan (lovingly called "woobies") when they enter the system.
