HOLIDAY SHOPPING EXTRAVAGANZA

HUGE 2 DAY EVENT

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7TH, 2009 & SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH, 2009

The Chartiers Valley Primary School PTG is looking for
local area vendors, crafters and direct sales companies who would
like to sell or present at the 1st Annual Holiday Shopping Extravaganza
which will be open to the general public.

Events also will include pictures with Santa, Bingo, Raffles,
Grand Prize Drawings, etc.

If you are interested in participating, please inquire as soon as possible.
Vendors / Crafters / Direct Sales participants are chosen on a first come
first serve basis (based on the post date of return envelope of the
completed registration form - including fees, which are received by the
event coordinator ) No more than one Vendor or Direct Sales or
exact item seller permitted. Since every Crafter is unique, we are only allowing up to 2-3 of "similar" crafting. Discount given for early registration (September 14th).

REGISTRATIONS COSTS:
Early Registration (from now until 9-14-09): $25 for one day / $40 for two days for an 8 foot table (approx. 10-12 foot space) You may bring your own setups, but it is mandatory that they are approved prior to the event by event coordinators.

Late Registration (9-15-09 to 10-12-09): $30 for one day / $50 for two days for an 8 foot table (approx. 10-12 foot space) You may bring your own setups, but it is mandatory that they are approved prior to the event by event coordinators.

We strongly advise that cash and carry items are maximized for your sales.
Since this is the start of the Holiday Season, many patrons will be looking for
items to purchase at the event.
