I am looking for a little help

I take my grandchildren to the doctors and the secretary/receptionist there is terrific. She is so kind and helpful even though her job is stressful (she works in a county clinic). No matter how people treat her, she is very respectful and polite.

I can call her anytime, and she is very helpful. I tell her she is my favorite secretary (there are 2 others there), and I tell the doctors how kind she is.

I am wanting to make a little plaque for her with her name on it, and I want to use the letters of her name and put a meaning by the letters (ie: S - Superior, etc.) Her name is Shaniquea. I would appreciate any help you could give me.
