Special Poem

Does anyone know where I might be able to find the peom that goes along with a little gift that can't be opened. It is a little peice of wood wrapped to look like a gift and has a poem attached that says something about not being able to open the gift but when they are feeling lonesome or blue, hold the gift and know that it is filled with love inside. I had this a long time ago but haven't been able to find it and want to send it to a friend who is battling cancer. She lives far away from me so this is my way of being there with her. I hope somoene knows where I can find this. Thank You!
