Coaster Swap

We will be swapping coasters. They can be hand made or boughten. There is no special theme. If you are making them, they can be crochet, made with plastic canvas or any medium. Sign up will be until Oct 16th and coasters must be sent out by Oct. 23rd.

I'm sorry you're sounded disappoited because of the failure of the pail-swap. As I said, the costs - sending things thicker than 3,5 cm is too expensice for me and to be honest, I had to search for a pic of a pail to finds out what you meant, i don't know if they are available here in the Netherlands, can't remember I saw one.

Afke, I am well aware of the postal expense of sending anything across the ocean.
I do swaps on another site and we have people in Austrailia, Spain and England involved.
I don't expect anyone including people in the USA & Canada to send anything across the ocean that would be costly. It is also expensive to send things back and fourth between the USA & Canada.
It costs us 98 cents just to send a card to Europe, even a postcard.
There is no need for anyone to feel bad if they can't do a swap because of the cost of sending it.

I would appreciate it if those that cannot send overseas let me know. PM please so that I have an updated list. Thanks to all.
