Glass etching craft ideas

I figured that someone would have a craft in common with me. I have been glass etching for awhile to make personalized gifts for people on mirrors, mugs, and windows. It gets addicting. Does anyone here etch glass or interested in it?

I have lately been making stencils for people free for a promotion of my site. I cut it according to your pattern and letters that you need for it to say. Please let me know soon, I don't know how long I will be doing this.

I just love the etching! Plus, you can ReUse old mixed/matched glasses, old bottles,jars etc....I had a glass cutter kit when I was younger and it made me think maybe you could cut down jars/bottles and make them into new vases,candle holders,art deco...etc...and sell them! Keep up the good work!

Yep, no doubt. You can recycle old glass and make them reusable. great way to recycle and then spice it up by etching it. Lately I have been just using old glass for practice purposes but I have seen someone selling recycled and etched glass on etsy. Seems like they were selling too with a decent profit margin. They looked good to for being recycled and all.

By the do you use glass etching cream or a sandblaster?
