Feather Glass Angel Ornaments

Does anyone have directions for the feather angel ornament? It is made with a clear glass ornament and you insert a feather and ?? (sand??).... then there is a cute poem that goes with it? I've seen them at craft fairs. I hope someone can help me. I thought these would be cute little christmas gifts. Thanks.

You take a clear ball and remove end cap, insert a fluffy feather and a tiny pinch of super fine clear glitter, replace end cap and attach this poem with a gold or silver thread:

I am an angel feather, sent from God above.
To serve as a reminder of His most gracious love.
I'm from the Guardian Angel that God assigned to you,
and fell out in her struggles as she protected you.
Each time you almost stumble,each time you nearly fall,
Thank God and all His angels for answering your call!
