My husband and I use a local internet provider and it is time for a change. They are Tellurian Network here in Northern New Jersey. They have been going downhill for a few months. My husband's business email has not worked since Friday...now going on the 4th day. He called the provider 3 times this morning and left a message and they finally called back. When my husband complained the guy just hung up on him. So my question is..........does anyone use an internet provider that is reliable???
I've got Comcast...they're OK....My mail was down yesterday morning for a few hours, but it doesn't happen often, they do have to work on the servers occasionally. I can say we don't go down alot....I'd say about once every 3-4-6 months at the most.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate all help with this one. My husband is soooo mad. He works with the government and when they can't email each other...
We've got AT&T internet service and love it. It's faster than the cable network we were on and it works great. We've only had it about a month but it hasn't been down any.

If you have AT&T phone service they have a good plan now my brother has them in Indiana. He pays 19.98 a month for their middle plan not the fastest but faster than his old dial up.

Hi there,
Before moving down here to KY a couple of years ago from IL I had earthlink. I had many providers before that and earthlink was the best. It was fast and never any problems with it. Down here I use the dsl from the local phone company. It works great too.
