Does anyone else????

I am having a problem and I don't know if this is something anyone else who is a member of this site is having. I have sent several requests for help to the owner of this site, but I have not received a reply.



I visit this message board on a daily basis (in fact several times a day). When I am done, I DO NOT log out, and yet at least once a week, when I come to the boards, I find that I am logged off and must sign in again. Does this or has this happened to anyone else before? It's driving me crazy. I belong to about six different message boards and this does not ever happen at any of these other boards.



Any ideas/suggestions?

It does log you out once a week. The cookie system we have is a weekly one. Therefore once a week you will need to log back in. I think it's some sort of security measure.

Thank you so much for the information. It makes it less painful to know that I'm not the only one who has to log in every week. I've never run into this type of set-up before...very unusual. Thanks again.
